Our church is embarking on having a new church directory made. The last one was made in 2008 and we are hoping to have a new one done this year. Maybe we can have one every 4 years. The same company that did the previous directory is helping us again. They did a great job last time. The company is Colorcraft Studios located in Bryant, Alabama. They specialize in church directories.
Four years ago our church sold 101 photo coupons. Our goal is to exceed that amount or at least match it. We are selling the coupons for $10.00 each which will include a directory and a free 10×13 family portrait. The normal cost for a directory is $12.00 so this is a very good deal. We must sell at least 65 coupons to receive the $10.00 coupon price by May 19th. We will continue to sell coupons up until May 29th but we must have at least 65 sold by May 19th for the company to set up a date to come. The date we initially planned was June 2nd. Depending on how many coupons are sold will depend on whether it will just be a Saturday event or a Saturday and Sunday (after church) event. All coupon sales will go directly to the church general fund so if we sell 65 coupons the church will receive $650.00. This will help out with VBS, General Assembly or other needs that might arise in the church plus give each member a church directory and family photo. It truly is a win-win situation.
There are only two remaining church services in which you will have the opportunity to buy your coupon (today and Wednesday evening May 16th). Sister Moody, Carol Little, Mary Lyon and Christopher Woodlief are selling coupons. Christopher has the ability on his phone to process credit card payments if you desire to pay that way. Also, if you would like a coupon book so you can sell some too, please ask one of them. There are 10 coupons per book. Thank you for your consideration in getting a new directory for our church.
